For years, we were known as Atelier Seven63, a name that captured our creative beginnings. But as our work expanded – shaping homes, workplaces, and developments across Ghana and the diaspora – we knew it was time for a name that truly represented who we are today and the future we’re building toward.
Our new name, Numela, marks the start of that next chapter.
It reflects our growth, our purpose, and our commitment to designing and building with clarity, care, and intention.
Why the Change
The decision to rebrand was thoughtful and intentional. As we grew, the name Atelier Seven63 often created confusion – difficult to spell, easy to misinterpret, and harder to connect with the trust-driven, people-centered work we do.
We needed a name that is:

Numela comes from the Ewe word meaning “to mold.” For us, that meaning is everything.
